The decision to start producing clothing is a big step – regardless of whether you are just starting out with your own brand or you are an experienced entrepreneur looking for a proven sewing company. To make this process easier for you, we have prepared answers to the most frequently asked questions about working with us.

1. What is the order processing time?

The processing time depends on the quantity and complexity of the products, but is usually 4 to 8 weeks from the moment of receiving materials, accessories and accepting the designs in the case when the design is made by us, or providing templates in electronic or paper version if another designer does it.

We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but the priority is always the quality of workmanship.

2. What are the minimum order quantities?

We sew both small collections for companies that are just starting out, as well as large productions counted in thousands of pieces. The standard minimum quantity from one model is 100 pieces, but it is worth remembering that the larger the order, the better the unit price.

3. Do you have a universal price list?

We do not have a fixed price list, because each production is priced individually. We make a preliminary price estimate based on:

✅ Photos of the product or inspiration,

✅ The number of pieces the customer is interested in.

We can only provide an exact price estimate after sewing the prototype, when we check, among other things:

  • How a given material behaves during sewing,
  • What technologies do we need to use,
  • What are the actual production costs.

4. Does the sewing room have its own materials for production?

No, we do not have our own materials. The customer provides us with materials and accessories, but if you need help – we will be happy to advise where to buy them.

5. Do you offer sewing accessories?

Yes, but only to a limited extent.

✅ In the case of small companies, we provide basic accessories, such as threads or elastics, because we know that at the beginning it is difficult to order them in large quantities.

❌ However, the customer must provide the regulators, zippers, lacing, etc. themselves – of course, we will be happy to advise you where to get them.

6. Do you do prints or embroidery?

We do not do prints or embroidery, but we have been cooperating with companies that specialize in this type of service for years. If you need screen printing, sublimation, computer embroidery or other marking techniques, we will be happy to advise you where to go to ensure the best quality.

Additionally, we have a heat press on our premises, thanks to which we can heat-weld logos, washing instructions or other details onto cut-out elements during production.
